Re: Knee pain for 84 year old

Well i broke down and ordered both HA and hydrolyzed collagen from Amazon.

Also a knee tensor I altered for her seems to have helped her recent injury abate, so hopefully we can built up something in the joints.

Hmm

Fisetin is interesting stuff.

Also Rice Bran Oil has Tocotrienols, and i think i remember Fred talking about that, to consume it and to rub it in the spot.

When I hear 'serum' i think something that has: - been stabilised to not degrade with time  - is more readily absorbable into our skin. Re: Ganoderma lucidum, reishi, lingzhi

Because i am a bit lazy at night and don't feel like having oatmeal at night with no sugar, i have instead been taking some Reishi (ganoderma) powder and making a teak to drink each day for a month. My stomach has changed somewhat, I feel 'full' more often, and have continued to lose a few more pou...

Re: oatmeal and it's role in the gut

well NewLife
If you are taking the Reishi (ganoderma lucidum) then you have likely already performed the switch in your gut.

It may even make you feel "full".

I'd be curious if you found yourself losing more weight...

Re: Broccoli Sprouts and Sulforaphane

I'll try to get a couple bottles going. It won't hurt. I know it tastes horrible so best consumed in minute quantities in smoothies.   I've harvested my first batch of sprouts. Took 5 days on the nose. Lots and lots of sprouts. I didn't notice any issues with the flavour at all. I like it. I think ...
