If I take 500mg per day at 52, how much at 82?

I am curious what levels we would be taking depending on our age.

On the one hand, it might be something to have been taking NMN for 30 years (and who knows how precursors will be taken then, or if in 30 years).

But if you were 80 today... what NMN dose would you expect to be taking?

Re: Down 45 pounds. 8 pounds to go!

This is awesome to read.  I had the same mindset when the lock down started here for the second time in October.  I'm not down as much as you, only 15 to 20, but going down and feeling better every day.  For me, it has been an hour of walking almost every morning, on an empty stomach.  Only coffee ...

Re: High dose of NMN for elderly mother

I ordered the LSG Fisetin for my mother. She takes the NMN and the poor thing has so many pills to take.

But the Fisetin doesn't have to be taken everyday and I might offer it to her before a treat. At 86, it should make things a bit easier for her.

Re: Curious about how much in mass of senescent cells in the body

Did you find having a day off between your two Fisetin treatment days an advantage canadahealthy or was it just a bit easier on the   body?   Hey Newage :) I just figured it may take longer than 24 hours for the fisetin to be absorbed fully into my tissues, so to my thinking... give it 48 hours, th...

Re: NMN + Yogurt + Olive Oil

Almost all supplements and powders degrade a lot faster when any liquid is added to the mix. Advice given to me some time ago by a compounding Pharmacist.  🤔     But what type of degradation is really going to occur? It'll still be in the fridge. We're not really talking about a very long time eith...

Hi drkris69, are you using both the serum and the lotion?

I use the lotion on my hands a few times a week.

My cuticles were normally pretty rough... and tended to get chapped but seem to do well with the lotion. I can't see it drying my hands out.

Re: Curious about how much in mass of senescent cells in the body

I have also been doing my own fisetin treatment with the LSG Fisetin prep. I take a fairly high dose twice over 3 days... then wait 4 weeks and do it again.     Would you mind sharing your dose? From what I have read on the forum for others who are "high" dosing, it would require 2 bottles, one per...

Re: Curious about how much in mass of senescent cells in the body

This is an interesting question. I haven't been trying to lose weight. But i have lost some weight through the fasting. I have also been doing my own fisetin treatment with the LSG Fisetin prep. I take a fairly high dose twice over 3 days... then wait 4 weeks and do it again. I noticed that i had lo...

Re: Article: "This Is the Tea of Choice for Some of the Longest-Living People in the World"

I think any tea extract is about as good an any other. And green tea is essentially a less dried version of black tea for most types. I see that there is a current trend to eat/drink plants that have experienced stress in their environment, the idea being is that the resulting 'adaptogens' from a pl...

Re: 80+ and frail: what dose do you think is best for this group?

I agree that the Liposomal Timed Release capsules at 500mg per day would be just right.

The SL tablets, in this case 4 of them may be too much for someone frail to be taking properly.

The capsules are a big winner.
