I also agree that is great advice, why is it that, too often, the GP does not want to send you to a specialist for matters I have returned to the doctor time and time again with no luck from what they are prescribing duding the first visits? There is a common supplement in pharmacies called Vitalux trhat contains Lutein. It is to prevent macular degeneration in the eyes, there are also 'no name brands... my follow up x ray is tomorrow to see how my arm is healing. to be honest I am worried not much has changed.
I have not felt any change by using the PEMF mat/pad/wand whatsoever.
but tomorrow bill be the real test to see if there have been improvements. heres' to hoping!
