Re: Loperamide and autophagy

I am no biochemist. I wonder how closely this resembles Fisetin. In fact I wonder if they are conducting similar treatments with Fisetin. I tried oral Fisetin quite some time ago. About 1.5 grams two days apart. Over the next 2-3 weeks I lost (i  am not kidding) about 7 pounds. I keep wondering if t...

Re: I almost forgot about veggies

Good point!

All these supplements are amazing, but we still need our veggies.

Even on fast days I try to have a few pieces of bell pepper.

Re: Who all is using the newest Renue Skin Serum, and why

I am actually targeting a small spot on my forehead where there is sun damage. I am sure there are likely pre-precancerous cells there... but since they are so close to the surface, i.e, on the surface. and due to my ridiculous regiment of healthy substances and practises, i am not worried. But i...

Re: Fasting with moderate protein, 7 days

Hi Jessica Sorry to be replying so late. This topic also interests me. As Fred (A swedish dietician formerly part of the forum... really knew his stuff) recommended, you can generate rapamycin in your body with sa 5 day fast of 750 calories per day, and up to 5-6 times per year. He also mentioned to...

Re: Renue Age Defying Face Serum healing Psoriasis

About 30 months ago, after taking NMN for awhile, I noticed my white shiny left elbow psoriasis had disappeared. The next week, while facing a Pickleball opponent on the court in a game of foursomes, I saw the same psoriasis on his knees , but more inflamed. After play, I mentioned the relief I had...

Re: Adult Stem Cell Boost... what is the big deal?

I think between NMN and the various Senolytics we are taking that we have this all well covered.  The only time I heard colostrum in a sentence that made sense, is in the context of the infant getting a major inoculation of antibodies and nutrients to get started. Getting it from anther species - no...

Re: Who all is using the newest Renue Skin Serum, and why

I bought some.

I just use it on my face, especially a spot where I have had too much sun over the years.

It has a nice fragrance, very faint... can't identify it, reminds me of lying in the sun for some reason.

I like the high tech lid too :)

Re: Bowflex and Punching bag

Alll these athletic exercises. We sound like a bunch of 20 somethings... when we are more like 40 and 50 somethings.

That is the whole point, I guess. :)

Re: NAD+ Powder Bioavailability

I tried some NMN powder, it is extremely quick dissolving and practically vanishes under my tongue.

Next to Liposomal, I can't think of a better way to deliver bio-availability.

Re: NAD+ Skin care, and skin scars disappearing

Well these scars must have been a bit deeper than superficial to last so long.

I would really likely to sort out how this can happen. Perhaps the keratin cells are replaced by collagen?
