Re: Testosterone

I take 5 scoops NMN powder 5 days per week (since early spring) and noticed that my hair is indeed thicker but was sure I was imagining it. I always keep an eye on my free testosterone levels when blood work is done and has been unremarkable. That said; it's been proven that reducing levels of dihy...

Re: ABC Catalyst episode: "The Truth About Fasting" - will air 27 July 2021

We have had a natural form of fasting in place for centuries as access to food was not always readily available. Well before there was a “supermarket on every corner”   Now it just go to isle seven, the meat isle instead of  “if you can’t catch the rabbit you do not get to eat the rabbit” Most of ou...

Re: New NMN human trial echoes findings of Dr. David Sinclair's famous mouse studies

When I was 50 and still playing competitive football I would normally have to train pre season to be able to cope with 40+ almost flat out sprints a game. My last season before giving it up to skateboard at weekends I didn't train, due to sore knees but that season I'd been taking nmn for about 4 m...

Re: Anyone is taking rapamycin or metformin?

I am taking it for Longevity purposes and I think since ive been on it I have lost some weight in doing so.   It is not easy to find a GP in Australia to prescribe Metformin especially if all...
