Re: Alive by Nature is now Alive by Science!

Perfect upgrade. Far more accurate.

Sometimes nature takes too long on its own.

Re: Back on the treadmill again

Yes I am thinking to lose a good deal of weight, enough to know I have put a dent in the worst fat then slowly build back up with a better musculature. Normally, I would think i am a bit too old to be taking this way, but with the benefits of NMN and other compounds and with the spare time i seem to...

Re: ABN Liposomal Fisetin

I am also looking forward to giving this a try. I am very interested in what, if anything it can do for the brain and long/medium/short term memory.

These are huge items and if this proves beneficial i will become and out and out evangelist about it.

Re: isometrics

We were taught this in high school and i found i could do pretty much anything for my upper body, except abs, but we all did crunches or sit ups for them.

For legs/thighs/calves it was a lot of stretching.

Re: Broccoli Sprouts and Sulforaphane

I have finished my first batch, which will be going into the freezer (which amplifies the sulforaphane tremendously).

This took only 1% of my seeds and has made about 2 cups of sprouts.

They are good for elderly people but good for everyone. So I think i will use them in smoothies and salads.

Re: Depleted Methyl Groups and advanced age

So I have also read on here where too much NMN can lead to depleted methyl groups. So it may follow that if we want to consider carefully how much NMN is given to someone who is elderly, especially if they suffer from frailty. I recall my grandfather getting B12 shots, decades ago. So that makes me ...

NAD+ Skin care, and skin scars disappearing

Well I am noticing that some scars i have had on my temple are gone.  I had a food allergy (or perhaps a kind of shingles??) where if I ate peanut butter.. i would end up with a sore on each temple. It took me forever to make the correlation.. but I suspect that maybe the arginine in peanut butter t...

Re: Back on the treadmill again

I agree. Obesity can be an invisible epidemic, especially for taller people. I could be 50 pounds overweight (yes, I have been there) and have (almost) no one think of considering me  'fat'. But as I am losing weight now, with running, working out and fasting... the ultimate target is...    the bell...

Re: Back on the treadmill again

I have also caught the treadmill bug. I seem to see that a lot of people are gaining weight during this pandemic. No surprise, a lot of stress around at first, and people's routine's changing... a lot of 'hanging about'. So every second day or so i have been doing a walk, a nice warm up pace, 20 min...

Re: Beginning of a new journey

A little tip to try for anyone out there that gets that “heightened wired up feeling” when using higher doses of NMN or NAD+. Try the “Pure” powder form of either and totally bypass the additives.. Worked a treat for some colleagues of mine so I would suggest that there was a relevance to the addit...
