Re: Nitric Oxide and erection After 6 months of NMN

As an experiment, I would try scaling back the resveratrol or taking a few weeks off it completely. Resveratrol does have effects on androgens and while it doesn't usually directly reduce testosterone and dht, it does reduce the levels of androgen precursors in circulation and there could be somethi...

Re: Hair color change

The board is going to become a Mork and Mindy type situation before too long.

We're all old enough to know that reference right? ;)

Re: Increased fertility

It's been proven in mice, anecdotally in humans, including a story about someone who works for David Sinclair in his lab.

supporting NAD levels helps thymus produce T-cells

From what I understand from this study: T-cells are hugely important in the immune system, fighting infections and also fighting cancer. The thymus gland is the way the body produces T-cells. The thymus gland shrinks with age. Boosting NAD+ levels to youthful levels prevents age-related atrophy of t...

Re: New study: less metabolic benefit from exercise with nmn

Excellent point. This matches similarly to the reproductive study where increasing nad improved fertility up to a point but dosing above that level decreased it again. I seem to remember the best dose scaled to humans was something like 400-1200mg (I think?)

Re: Pterostilbene

To follow up, I did eventually start with resvertatrol (500mg micronized trans-resveratrol from Mega Resveratrol) in addition to the pterostilbene. Hate to say it, but after 3 tries, the resveratrol consistently gives me headaches and generally makes me feel off. Back to the pterostilbene solo for me.
