Re: NMN - insomnia help

I started taking the nmn supplement at the lowest dose early in the morning. I began having Significant sleep problems that persisted for a week after stopping the nmn supplement. I am a low weight female so that may be the reason for the insomnia. Unfortunately, I can’t take the supplement for tha...

Re: Thoughts on this article / paper: "Diluting blood plasma rejuvenates tissue, reverses aging in mice"

Increased levels of inflammation is just one out of the nine hallmarks of aging, which includes loss of information due to changes in the epigenone.  We have a great series on the 9 hallmarks of aging in the Research section of our Alivebyscience.com website.  This is great in understanding what ste...

Re: Thoughts on this article / paper: "Diluting blood plasma rejuvenates tissue, reverses aging in mice"

Hey forum friends, I've come across this article (and I believe that Dr. Sinclair has cross-referenced it), and I was wondering what your thoughts are on it in regards to having it done?  Where could one go to get this treatment?    Did you ever find a place to do it?     This from an article in Ma...

Re: NMN sub lingual and cavities

Yes on Vitamin D and K2, pretty high doses too.  I am also sensitive with all the teeth on the bottom now.  I switched to the LIpo Complete.  I take one of each daily.  Once I finish my last bottle of NMN sublingual, that will be it.  It has helped me a lot, no complaints really.  I just don't want...

Re: New Mayo Clinic Human Trial More Than Doubles Fisetin Protocol Dose

I am new to this and my problem is knowing how to do 24 or so pumps sublingually. I try two at a time and keep it in my mouth under the tongue for several minutes. It doesn't absorb. It just creates a lot of saliva. I give up after about 5 minutes and swallow it. Is that how you all are doing it? A...

Re: NAD+ for the prevention of neurodegenerative disorders: scientific study

I get that this is an old post, however I wasn't able to find any newer relevant topics. My brother has ALS. I've read of promising results some ALS patients have had using NAD in IV's, and I'm looking into that, however my brother is not as open minded as I am when it comes to longevity protocols,...

Re: Resveratrol and covid19

My cat has had the herpes virus since she was a kitten.  Although there is no cure, I try to treat the symptoms - sneezing, runny nose, coughing, etc.  The strange thing about L-lysine is that there are some studies that say it's great for cats with a virus and others that say it either has no effec...
