Re: NAD+ IV increases NAD+ levels in blood plasma 400% in humans
Very surprising that they found NO increase in blood plasma levels of NAD+ for the first 2hours. It seems approximately 250 mg is taken up by tissues, or red blood cells before any excess shows up in blood plasma. Certainly disproves the idea that NAD+ is trapped in the blood and not readily useful ...

NAD+ IV increases NAD+ levels in blood plasma 400% in humans
This study was just published that documented changes in plasma and urine levels of NAD+ and its metabolites during and after 750 mg NAD+ intravenous (IV) infusion. A Pilot Study Investigating Changes in the Human Plasma and Urine NAD+ Metabolome During a 6 Hour Intravenous Infusion of NAD+ Surpris...

Re: Multiple Ways to Increase NAD+ Levels
I'm a recent convert to carbonated water to help with appetite control through the middle of the day.
MCT oil with some gelatin is even more effective for me, but of course a bit more trouble.
I carry a couple bottles of carbonated water with me everywhere now.

Re: Clinical study affirms Niagen nicotinamide riboside ingredient’s long-term safety, optimal dosing
So why do we pay more for the "highly sought after" NMN if NR can enter the cell wall all on its own? Of course we all want whatever works. NR seems to have an advantage in crossing the cellular membrane more easily in some cell types. Chromadex says that means it is "better" and that NMN and NAD+ ...

Re: New NR Study Released
Yes, the inflammation decrease was a good sign. Too bad it all seems to be from NAD+, not NR.

NAD+ is the transport molecule used by the body, not NR
2 recent studies show that NR is never found at more than trace levels in the blood, and was not increased with supplementation. NR levels in humans do not increase after 3 weeks of 1,000 mg a day of oral NR supplements NR given to lactating mice does not reach the bloodstream https://i2.wp.com/ali...

There are no commercial providers of NAD+ testing.
We are working to provide this service at our NAD+ injection clinic in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida later this year, but the start date is not yet firmed up

Nutrition science is broken. This new egg study shows why
t’s been a tortuous path for the humble egg. For much of our history, it was a staple of the American breakfast — as in, bacon and eggs. Then, starting in the late 1970s and early 1980s, it began to be disparaged as a dangerous source of artery-clogging cholesterol, a probable culprit behind America...

What is the recommended daily dosage of your products?
Recommended daily dosages of sublingual NMN and NAD+ are at least 400mg, which equates to 3-4 tablets per day at minimum (or 3-4 scoops if using PURE powders).
It is recommended to space out the daily dosages of NMN and NAD+ for optimal bioavailablity.
