Re: Body Serum - great for muscle ache

I can confirm that using the serum on my injured calf, has produced nothing short of miracle results. I had a tear in muscle. I read the previous post and since it was not getting better with voltaren and other products I decided to give it a try. Two days and it was simply gone. Incredible results...

Re: If I take 500mg per day at 52, how much at 82?

I am curious what levels we would be taking depending on our age. On the one hand, it might be something to have been taking NMN for 30 years (and who knows how precursors will be taken then, or if in 30 years). But if you were 80 today... what NMN dose would you expect to be taking?   We will have...

Re: High dose of NMN for elderly mother

I ordered the LSG Fisetin for my mother. She takes the NMN and the poor thing has so many pills to take. But the Fisetin doesn't have to be taken everyday and I might offer it to her before a treat. At 86, it should make things a bit easier for her.     From my experience canadahealthy be careful w...

Re: NMN LSG optimal time under the tongue?

I'm wondering how long it takes for the LSG NMN to be adequately absorbed. if there is an optimal amount of time to keep the gel under the tongue; one minute, two minutes, etc.? I find the longer I hold the gel there, the more the tip of my tongue goes numb.  Thanks!   Absorption time is an individ...

Re: Refrigeration ?!

No, not necessary.  Should be an expiration date on the nasal spray that is calculated for room temp.

Re: Using CRISPR to reprogram cells to a younger state

Open source 'find and replace' bio hacking. What could possibly go wrong? I know a lot of good things are going to come out of it. But there can also be some scary outcomes.   I agree, DIY gene programming without rigorous standards to ensure safety can create big trouble. But some people know thei...

Re: Bad Days?!

Greetings, there are so many uplifting posts here – so many of you are so generous with your thoughts and perspectives. Thank you. Do any of you have "bad" days - it feels like everyone mostly shares wins...or those are the posts I seem to read!! - I feel a bit silly asking about this as these prot...

Re: NMNs has TMG? Had no idea.

I'd also like to know what is recommended as far as TMG, when you are already taking b12 and folate. Joe   I think I remember Jocko saying some time ago that David Sinclair changed from TMG to B12 and Folate. From memory the reason wasn’t given. If both supplements work in synergy with each other t...

Re: NMN + Yogurt + Olive Oil

I know David Sinclair mixes NMN with yogurt and takes Resveratrol, however instead of Resveratrol I'd like to substitute Olive Oil which have been shown to activate the longevity enzyme SIRT1 in the same way. My question though is this. I'd like to pre-mix everything for a two week regiment.  Take ...

Does the ratio of tmg to nmn seem to be about right? Maybe I don’t need to take my tmg separately.

The general advice I have seen and follow is to take a similar amount. So if you take 1G of NMN suggestion is 1G of TMG.

Yes that's correct.  1 to 1 ratio of NMN to TMG.
