Re: LSG Fisetin dosage

Hey Jocko how many bottles would someone need if doing your method,ie. 25 pumps? Im interested in doing this.   You'll use up one full bottle and maybe have a handful of pumps leftover.       I wonder about the bioavailability difference between the Fisetin in the study and Liposomal Fisetin...   T...

First Human Trial of NMN Published Showing Increased Muscle Insulin Sensitivity in Prediabetic Women

In the first completed human trial of NMN led by Dr. Samuel Klein’s group at Washington University and published in Science on April 22, 2021, NMN was shown to increase muscle insulin sensitivity, insulin signaling, and remodeling in humans. This study provides the first evidence that MNM provides m...

Re: Aging with NMN at 80 and on to 100

(This reply below was to a query by NewLifeScience in our Forum about how much NMN to take at 80, when frail.) After kneeling down at 77 and rolling over to sit up, unable, I rolled over to push up on all fours. Couldn't do it. It's not the maximum dose of anything that resolves frailty. It's a com...

Re: Using CRISPR to reprogram cells to a younger state

I can only imagine where this is heading. There is a YouTube channel called The Thought Emporium. This guy is extremely knowledgeable. I think he cured his own lactose intolerance usnig a virus to deliver DNA snippets that break down lactose. I think it is WAAAAAY too soon to be doing stuff like th...

Re: Suggestions for Inflammation

I agree with not eating for at least 3 hours before bedtime, better if you can do 4 hours. I personally do not eat after 6pm as part of my intermittent daily fasting regimen. Cut back or delete inflammatory foods from your diet and take natural anti inflammatory supplements. If you have ever been p...

Re: High dose of NMN for elderly mother

Ok I need some help. I just came back from the doctors with my 86 year old mother.  Her vital signs and her blood work were stellar for the most part.  Lipid panel was good, cholesterol and triglycerides were real good.  However, the hemoglobin and red blood counts were low out of range slightly -n...

NMN and Melatonin combine to protect heart against injury

The effects of combination therapy were significantly greater than those of melatonin or NMN alone. These findings indicate that the combined administration of NMN and melatonin can protect the aged heart against IR injury by decreasing apoptosis and activating the SIRT3/FOXO1 pathway. Nicotinamide ...

Re: Using CRISPR to reprogram cells to a younger state

CRISPR is really cool. I have a friend that is getting treated now using this new technology to treat his bladder cancer. Hes doing  really good and has a great prognosis and looks like also many years left to enjoy his family and friends!   That's amazing, Dr. Kris!  So many new human trials using...

Using CRISPR to reprogram cells to a younger state

To those familiar with the concept of reprogramming the epigenome to a younger state, this new technique is mind boggling and would seem to be the most efficient way to roll back age.  Here's the article: "CRISPR Epigenetic Breakthrough This new CRISPR technique allows us to switch genes on and off ...
