I agree NMN is far superior to NR. I also agree that Alive By Science has by far the best NAD products out there!

Technology is exploding in the health and wellness arena. What a great time to be alive!

Wow, great article AlbertY and thanks for sharing.. I think NMN in the body, has an overall decrease in Oxidative stress. From the article, It is great to see that NMN is good for the heart!
 
 

Yeah thats what Im thinking as well, you might not need these molecules just yet.

I agree Newage, I will be getting a huge dose of Stem Cells in May. I will be adding this to the mix maybe every couple of years.
 

As Dr. Sinclair says that the Resveratrol is the gas pedal and NMN is the GAS!

As much as i want to do daily IF, it really doesnt match my workout schedule early in the morning since i also take my protein supplementation immediately after workout.  i just resorted to once a week 24 Hr fast and would probably schedule my supplementation off days during this per...

If at all anything you should be pretty regular in the morning so to speak!!!....Lol...
