NMN is much more bioavailable than NR, which breaks down quickly in the gut.  LSG NMN is even more bioavailable because a larger percent gets to the tissues intact.  So in my opinion, oral NR is a waste of money.

Fisetin arrived early so I will begin the first two day protocol next weekend when I normally take my two days off all supplements anyway. That way the Fisetin is not in competition with any other supplement..
