I have been taking the new AliveByScience NAD+ Liposomal Complete Capsules for about two weeks now and all I can say is “What a game changer”. More energy overall and it is kept at a level throughout the day by way of the slow release concept.I spend a lot of my time in the mountains and it is hard not to want to walk to the top of the peaks for no other reason apart from the fact that they are “just there”. Strenuous physical and mental tasks now are just taken in my stride as if I was in my twenties, and not my seventies..  :o

Saturday I begin my third month of the Mayo five month Fisetin Protocol. Down four kilograms so far without changing anything in diet or exercise efforts. Another monthly attack on the “Zombie Cells”
My metabolism also seems to far more active and efficient, which is a good thing..
If I now indulge in a treat it seems to make no difference to weight gain where before I would only have to walk past a donut shop to gain a pound...

Yes, I will be doing my 3rd month around the 15th this month. I have Ulcerative colitis and since doing this Fisetin protocol, Ive noticed alot less inflammation. This has really helped me more than the expensive meds that I have to take daily.

Yes drkris69. In my opinion, inflammation is one of the most influential ageing markers.
The lower the inflammation levels in the body the better, within reason..

The third month of the Mayo Fisetin Protocol finished and the body feels cleaner and lighter.
My weight is down about five kilograms overall and as I mentioned before my metabolism seems to have returned back to younger days when you could eat (within reason) whatever you wanted without weight gain. Two more months to go to complete the five month protocol...
