Lockdowns, Lockdowns and more Lockdowns..
Not sure where our “decision makers” are heading with all of this while waiting for the required numbers to be double vaccinated.
I do know it’s a “pain in the butt” going in and out of Lockdowns consistently and hopefully in the distant future this Worldwide Pandemic will be nothing more than just a bad memory for all of us.

Well where I live, in Canada, we are holding our own to a degree with 70+ of the country double vaccinated and the majority of people cooperating with lockdowns. But I won't rest easy until my mother gets the booster... but the real issue will be to get another 4 billion people vaccinated or there will be variants that bear little resemplance than the original.

Vaccination requirements will bring that number up.. but things are getting tense. This generation does not like being told what it can and cannot do.

Also getting tense over here canadahealthy.
Protests becoming more numerous and violent as a percentage of the population seemingly become less compliant.

On a good note it has been approximately 3 weeks since I finished the first of the 5 month Mayo Fisetin protocol and I must say after doing a 1 hour barefoot running sprint interval session today (on grass of course) I have pulled up the best ever.
Hardly any soreness and what I perceive as very low inflammation following a fast hit out.
Quite unbelievable at rising 70+ years of age.

That’s the plan drkris69.
Outrun a speeding Locomotive 🚂
and dodge a speeding bullet...😂
As Superman said to Lois Lane early on when she fell of a Skyscraper and he scooped her up whilst flying  “ I’ve got you” he said and she replied but “Who’s got you” as she looked down...

I have just ordered the NAD+ Lipo Complete in Capsule Form. As soon as that arrives I will take daily a combination of the Capsules plus Lipo NAD+ Gel and throw a daily dose of Lipo NR in for good measure.
”Lipo” in my opinion is definitely the way to go.. along with including the Fisetin Protocol I will be covering a lot of bases.
And not to forget quality sleep 💤 which is as important as the supplements.
