You know I never started the Fistein protocol as of yet. Im glad to hear that you guys did fine so far. My plan is to follow exactly how Newage did his.

I plan to take 5 pumps of Fisetin on the hour for 5 hours to total 25 pumps per day for two consecutive days (50 pumps) and repeat protocol in one months time.

It’s early days but I believe I may have to agree with you forresthealth on the increased benefits of delivery of NMN and NAD+ by way of suppositories. 
The last couple of days I have felt like I originally did when I first began taking the molecules.

You can purchase the suppositories forms on line and I used the AliveByScience Pure NMN and NAD+ Powder measured to strength accordingly. As I mentioned before this delivery method may not be for everyone but it seems to work well with the uptake of the molecules.

Hey there Newage, So Ive tried this method of delivery and personally it burned extremely bad for me Mate!  LOL........I will stick to the sublingual form.

Hi Newage, 
I think rectal route would work well for me. What base did you use to deliver the NAD? Was it just a case of melting down the base, stirring in the NAD, pouring into the moulds and refrigerating? Did you use cocoa butter and coconut oil? I can’t tolerate these fats so I would have to look for an alternative lipid base... possibly ghee and bees wax. I just don’t know if they would be effective at delivering the NAD+. The only way to find out is to try, I suppose!
