Storage & Degradation

Post by mnatchet » Thu Dec 12, 2019 5:52 pm

I have recently listened to an interview of David Sinclair with Dr. Rhonda Patrick. and David claims that NMN isn't super stable if left in the open and not refrigerated, infact it turns into a harmful molecule that inhibits Sirtuins instead.

I have purchased The NMN Subilingual Tablets and The Optimizers.

Can anybody of knowledge elaborate on its degradation and storage?

Mike

The older production methods of NMN weren't as good and it's suspected Sinclair has a large, older batch of NMN used for lab testing that isn't as stable. That's probably what he's referring to. I know the NMN sold by Alive by Nature uses the latest production techniques and maintains100 percent strength for 3 months and over 98 percent strength through 6 months without refrigeration. Hope that helps.

Yeah ABN posted on the forums here recently to explain they use a different method that cables the compound stable so degredation isn't an issue.
Current Dosages:
200mg Resveratrol
750mg NMN
1000mg L-Arginine
