I know how it's made in the body but as to the manufacturing I really don't know.  I would think this is information pretty tightly held by the manufacturer due to the fact methods may differ slightly and it's a very competitive market.  For us, the bottom line is the purity level of the finished product established by triple independent testing.

 It is probably manufactured with yeast or some rapidly reproducing life form - since many many life forms can product their own NMN.

I would look up something like that.
