250-500mg: Better sleep, better digestion, hangovers greatly diminished, slight energy boost. Performance in gym and recovery increased.
500-800mg: All previous effects plus energy boost is more pronounced and prolonged. Increase in stamina and motivation. Powerful sense of well-being and mental clarity. Vision is clear and sharp.
