Very cool, I need to get this as I feel since being on ABS's products and also fasting and eating very clean, I hopefully have some good numbers.

I just look in the mirror lol
and then check and compare my 100 meter running interval training times and bike work taking into account effort and recovery.
Thats a good quick fix “age test” and a good guide to where you are at.

I agree Newage, if my bike distance travelled in the same hour every day becomes longer and longer at a stable heart rate and then a faster recovery back to a resting heart rate then by my reckoning I must be turning back the biological clock. I don't need any fancy test to tell me that I feel much fitter now than 6 months, 1 year or 2 years ago.
