Very true words..
On another note, ABN product finally turned up yesterday 25 days after dispatch date.
The bush fires have caused havoc with mail deliveries by Australia Post.
At least I’m finally back on the “trialling treadmill” with ABN products.. :D

I took your advice drkris69 and ordered a back up delivery that is somewhere in transit at the moment, so hopefully I will not run out again.
It was frustrating and a pain in the butt.. :(

Thank you for your thoughts Drdavid.
I will keep you informed on progress as I can now play catch-up and get back to where I was before I ran out of product.
It will be a little easier when these fire issues settle down, where air quality over vast areas of Australia is of major concern.
We have not been able to train outside because of the smoke micro particles.
Two days ago we had the worst polluted air World Wide... :o

I have been watching the pollution levels and saw that they achieved top in the world. Sad, for a country that is typically pristine. I hope that you have some masks that filter some of the particulates out. In door training just isnt like outdoor no matter how good the treadmill or bike.

Exactly right Drdavid.
I have never liked indoor training and have trouble being motivated with same.
On a brighter note, air quality has improved and we are back outside training again thanks to Mother Nature improving the weather funnily enough with “heavy rain”
Back up product also arrived from ABN so in the short term everything should return to normal at least for a week or two.
Unfortunately we still have a long way to go with summer and fires are still burning but albeit not as threatening in numbers.. :D

Good to hear that things are improving. I am glad you are able to get back outside to train. I understand the motivation problem of indoor training. We have started using virtual reality to train indoors. This allows many of our patients to cycle anywhere in the world and keep their mind off of the exercise and more on the moment! Hope things continue to move forward and keep us informed
