A typical day in my world at rising 70 years :
Awake and up by 7am.
Spin bike and weight session for 1 hour:
(10am) breakfast of papaya, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries washed down with 250 ml of wild organic pomegranate juice.
(11.30 am)(Treat) 2 sugar free donuts and a cup of earl grey tea with almond milk on the side:
(1pm)(earn the donuts) 2 hour training block of road run, sprint intervals, stair running or mountain bike:
(4pm) main meal of protein in vegetable soup or stew and more wild pomegranate plus organic beetroot juice.
(7pm) sauna and steam room session including recovery passive deep water running with stretching in heated pool:
(11pm) head down on the pillow
Only water between 5pm and 10am:
NMN and NAD+ tablets taken before 1pm.
NAD+ powder taken after training block and also before bed..
